Can confirm this happens to me as Well, Android 16 Pixel 8 Pro. My display size settings being increased may be partially to blame though.

Hi. I have several phones that I use this on. The issue occurs on Motorola Razr 40 Ultra running Android 15, and Samsung S25 Ultra running Android 16. I find that if I use the SPen or bluetooth mouse, then a up/down arrow appears in the rarity section that allows scrolling. Otherwise touchscreen within the rarity section will move the entire page up and down.
