Unable to scroll to pick rarity

When creating a new item, I cannot scroll to the bottom to the rarity box to pick monster truck.

Hi. I have several phones that I use this on. The issue occurs on Motorola Razr 40 Ultra running Android 15, and Samsung S25 Ultra running Android 16. I find that if I use the SPen or bluetooth mouse, then a up/down arrow appears in the rarity section that allows scrolling. Otherwise touchscreen within the rarity section will move the entire page up and down.
