Unable to click on "Suggest Edits" after I add designer to https://diecarz.com/cars/ID033987.

I want to add Ryu Asada as the designer for the car https://diecarz.com/cars/ID033987. When I go to the suggest edits menu and type in his name, the "Suggest Edits" button remains grayed out.
